We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT qualified who will take complete ownership of all IT-related activities across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, end-user support, systems administration, security, and day-to-day technology operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire IT environment independently, driving operational excellence, and ensuring employees have a seamless technology experience.

Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & IT Service Management
Own and manage all IT-related operations for the India office.
Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
Ensure users receive prompt and effective technical support with a strong focus on service quality.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
Systems Administration
Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops and laptops.
Administer Microsoft 365,



email systems, and collaboration tools.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and software installations.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical services.
Network & Infrastructure Management
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity.
Diagnose and resolve network issues related to switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity.
Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted services.
Maintain documentation of network architecture and configurations.
Security & Compliance
Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
Manage endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness.
