We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, financial analysis, and business fundamentals. The Finance Analyst will support day-to-day financial activities, analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in developing insights that support business and financial decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the Finance domain. You should be comfortable working with financial data, spreadsheets, reports, and basic financial models while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, management reports, and periodic financial statements.
Collect, organize, validate,



and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Perform variance analysis to identify differences between actual financial performance and budgets or forecasts.
Assist in tracking revenue, expenses, costs, cash flows, and other key financial metrics.
Prepare Excel-based financial models, dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical summaries.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and transaction reviews where required.
Conduct financial and business research to support internal analysis and decision-making.
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues in financial data and escalate them appropriately.
Work closely with accounting, finance, operations, and other business teams to gather and validate financial information.
