About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented Lead – Performance Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention efforts across Meta, Google, and other paid marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, retention strategies and revenue growth, along with the ability to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a D2C/e-commerce environment, and a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital acquisition channels
Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, and scaling across platforms
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance
Own marketing budgets and P&L; to ensure profitable and sustainable growth
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, CRM,



and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention and customer lifetime value
Drive CRO initiatives and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages
Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify insights and growth opportunities
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and brand teams to build high-performing campaigns
Build reports and performance dashboards for leadership stakeholders
Lead and mentor team members to ensure solid execution and best practices across performance marketing

Qualifications

5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable business impact in a D2C/e-commerce setup
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google
