Role:
As a State Head, we expect you to create a Robust Distribution Network for the organisation and achieve sales and P&L; objectives for the organisation by being the Mentor and Guide smooth Business Operations in the assigned Geography

Responsibilities
Create channel presence across the assigned geography and ensure width and depth of penetration




Planning and executing the Distribution Strategy by district , by location in a structured manner
Rigorously Follow up on given leads to Appoint Distribution Partners in each and every town / district
Appoint and manage Area / Territory Sales Managers as per Company Norms and day to day monitoring of their working efficacy to Extract desired productivity
Guide, Motivate, Train and mentor the ASMs / TSMs, channel partners and their staff in line with the defined SOPs
Build lasting equation with Distributors and ensure channel profitabilty and create brand Presence & visibility across the assigned geography.
Be the Custodian of the Profitabilty and Health of the Geography to achieve business Profitability.

Qualifications
We are looking for people with experience in Sales and Distribution Management, Distributor Appointment functions, ideally from FMCG / Telecom domain
Excellent communication skills in Local Language an
