Job Description
The Assembly and Testing Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust and productive assembly and testing processes for our products like valves and pumps. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality,



reducing manufacturing costs, and improving production throughput.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Development & Design:
Design and develop new assembly and testing processes, procedures, and fixtures for new product introductions and existing products.
Conduct feasibility studies for new product portfolio with clear understanding of assembly drawings.
Define and document critical process parameters, work instructions, and quality control points.
Select and procure appropriate assembly and testing equipment, tooling, and consumables.
Process Optimization & Improvement:
Analyze existing assembly and testing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Propose and implement process changes to improve cycle time, production output, cost, and quality.
