About the role WorksBuddy is offering a structured marketing internship designed to give students exposure across the full marketing function before specializing in a single discipline. Interns begin with supervised exposure to multiple areas of marketing, identify their areas of strength, and then take ownership of one track for the remainder of the internship. Prior skilled experience is not required. Candidates are assessed on aptitude, initiative, and the quality of work produced during the program.

Areas of exposure

Strategy - Campaign planning, positioning, channel selection, and performance reporting.
Videography - Product demonstrations, customer stories, short-form video, and supporting footage.
Editing - Short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube, including hooks,



subtitles, pacing, and thumbnails. Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Content and copy - Video scripts, social captions, landing-page copy, blog articles, and email copy.
Social media - Content calendar management across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X, including publishing and performance monitoring.
Paid media - Creative development for live Meta campaigns, with exposure to CPM, cost per click, and lead-quality metrics.
Design - Banners, carousels, thumbnails, and ad variants using Canva and basic Figma.

Eligibility
Students in their final year, or recent graduates, from any discipline Available for full-time, on-site work in Mohali for a minimum of three months Demonstrated competence in at least one of the areas listed above
Clear written English
Willingness to develop skills outside existing strengths
Ability to receive and act on feedback constructively
