We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented candidate who can drive business growth across the domestic market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and closing enterprise and mid-market deals. This role requires a consultative sales approach, solid relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand customer business challenges and position Zimyo as the preferred HR technology partner.

Key Responsibilities -

Business Development Sales

Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise and mid-market customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for HR leaders, CXOs, and business decision-makers
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and successfully close opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management





Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales process
Understand customer business objectives and recommend suitable HRMS and Payroll solutions
Ensure a seamless handover to the implementation and customer success teams after deal closure
Maintain regular engagement with prospects to nurture opportunities and maximize conversions

Sales Planning Strategy

Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Partnerships teams to generate quality opportunities
Develop account strategies for high-value prospects and strategic accounts
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline visibility
Continuously improve conversion rates through structured follow-ups and account planning

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on HR technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with Product and Leadership teams
Identify new market opportunities to expand Zimyo's cu
