Job Description

Job Title : Salesforce/Certinia Finance Functional Trainee Billing and Revenue Management

Job Type : Full-time

Experience : 0-1 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit, credit, general ledger, and chart of accounts.
proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Familiarity with invoices, credit notes, billing schedules, and recurring billing.
Basic knowledge of deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and revenue recognition principles.
Understanding of journal entries, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation concepts.
Robust Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.




Basic exposure to Salesforce concepts, including Accounts, Contacts, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Flow.
Understanding of user stories, test cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Certinia (FinancialForce) Financial Management solutions.
Understand and document finance and accounting business processes.
Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Billing, and Revenue Management activities.
Good analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance)) or CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification.
