Role Description The Project Manager (Arch & Interior Design) will oversee end-to-end project delivery for architectural and interior design assignments, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes coordinating with clients, design teams,



consultants, and vendors; managing project schedules and resources; and monitoring site progress to resolve issues promptly. The Project Manager will review architectural and interior design drawings, support design development and implementation, and ensure adherence to sustainability and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing project reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project or similar).
Graduation in Architecture/ B.Arch
Solid communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Knowledge of local building codes, sustainability practices, and construction processes in India.
