Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Please Apply Only If You Meet ALL Requirements)

Educational Qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or an equivalent technical degree only. MBA, BBA, PGDM, or any other management degrees are not eligible
Experience: 1–1.5 years of full-time experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, or similar role in the IT industry.
Internships, trainee experience, freelance projects, academic projects, and project coordinator experience outside the IT industry will NOT be considered.
Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities





Coordinate end-to-end execution of IT projects.
Communicate with clients and understand business requirements.
Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and other technical teams.
Prepare project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Deliver projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
