Your current role

As Associate Director, Data Analytics & AI Strategy, you will define and execute the organisation's data, analytics, and AI agenda – turning complex information into the insights that drive commercial performance, portfolio decisions, and customer engagement. This is a role where strategic vision meets hands-on leadership: you will build advanced analytics capabilities, champion AI-driven innovation, and partner directly with senior leaders to influence enterprise-wide decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Defining and driving a business-aligned Data, Analytics & AI strategy and multi-year capability roadmap, advising senior leadership on transformation opportunities while embedding an AI-first, data-driven culture across the organisation




Translating strategic business priorities into analytical frameworks and predictive models that deliver measurable impact across brand strategy, portfolio planning, customer engagement, market access, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
Building and leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of data scientists, AI specialists, analytics professionals, and business insight experts through hiring, coaching, upskilling, and succession planning
Establishing data governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements while partnering with Digital, Data & IT teams to ensure scalable architecture and responsible AI practices
Identifying, prioritising, and deploying AI/ML use cases – including generative and agentic AI – that create measurable business value and improve decision quality
Building partnerships with technology vendors, analytics partners, and industry experts while cont
