Job Summary
This is a senior, high -ownership role to build and scale the healthcare training function from the ground up, focusing on improving clinical quality, safety, and outcomes across teleconsultation, clinics, and home -service verticals. The role involves end -to -end ownership of training lifecycle activities, including needs analysis, program design, content creation, delivery, and impact assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and scale the healthcare training framework across teleconsultation, clinics, and home -service verticals.
- Define training goals, milestones, SOPs, governance mechanisms, and documentation standards in collaboration with Medical, Ops, and Quality leadership.
- Build role -wise capability frameworks and learning journeys for veterinarians, para -vets, nurses, and clinical support and operations teams.
- Partner closely with veterinary leadership, operations, and quality teams to conduct structured training needs analysis (TNA).
- Identify skill, knowledge, and behavior gaps using audits, incident reviews, SOP deviations, customer feedback, and case outcomes.
- Prioritize high -impact problem areas and convert them into explicit, actionable training interventions.
- Create original, high -quality healthcare training content including clinical SOPs and protocols, training decks and facilitator guides, case -based learning and simulations, video explainers, and assessment tools.
- Customize content based on role, experience level, and service complexity.
- Continuously update content in line with current services, tools, clinical guidelines, and quality insights.
- Lead delivery of core clinical training programs and enable internal trainers/SMEs.
- Design and implement assessment and certification frameworks (theory, case -based, practical).
- Ensure training outcomes translate into improved clinical quality, safety,
and consistency across locations.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external trainers, medical specialists, and learning platforms for advanced or specialized programs.
- Ensure all external interventions align with Supertails’ clinical standards and training roadmap.
- Define and track training KPIs linked to quality, productivity, safety, and customer outcomes.
- Share structured reports with leadership highlighting progress, gaps, risks, and next steps.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine training programs.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5 -8+ years of experience in training, L&D;, or clinical education, preferably in veterinary, or safety -critical service environments.
- Proven experience in building training programs from scratch, not just executing existing curricula.
- Strong expertise in training needs analysis, curriculum design, assessments, and certification frameworks.
- Experience working closely with doctors, clinicians, or allied healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in fast -scaling, multi -city operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary healthcare, pet care, or animal health.
- Exposure to veterinary clinical quality, audits, or medical governance frameworks.
