Job Description -
- Lead and manage end -to -end HR operations for manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent acquisition activities.
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other labour regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and industrial relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and HR strategy execution.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory documentation, and compliance records.
- Conduct and coordinate internal HR audits, compliance audits, and ISO/Factory audits.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, analytics, and management reports for decision -making.
- Manage manpower budgeting and workforce optimization initiatives.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing environment (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)
- Strong exposure to industrial relations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory filings, and compliance documentation.
- Experience in handling performance management systems, KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems, payroll management, and recruitment platforms.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards) and Power BI.
- Experience in HR audits, compliance audits, and documentation management.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills.
- Prior experience in the Jewellery, Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Goods, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
