We are seeking a Senior DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
Engineer to serve as one of the foundational members of our new engineering
function. This role is ideal for a hands -on technologist who thrives in a
rapid -growing environment and can help define our infrastructure standards,
automation tooling, and cloud platform capabilities. You will play a key role
in building the backbone that supports our next generation of legal -technology
solutions.
You will lead initiatives across Azure cloud services,
infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, observability, and cost
optimization. The role also includes supporting potential future adoption of
cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
What to expect in your journey
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on
Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, identity, security groups,
etc.).
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub
Actions, or similar) for application and ML workflow deployment.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure -as -Code (Terraform,
Bicep, ARM templates) for consistent environment provisioning.
- Implement automation for scaling, failover, monitoring, and
system reliability across production and internal systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, data,
and operations teams to
ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Establish and maintain monitoring and observability stack
(Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and
managing production deployments.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure -as -Code tools such as
Terraform or Bicep.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, identity
management, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Support evaluation, setup, and integration of Snowflake,
Databricks, or similar data platforms as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements
relevant to the legal industry (access controls, data residency, audit
logging).
- Drive cloud cost optimization, budgeting, and resource
governance.
- Participate in on -call rotations and incident response
activities when required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other cloud data
platforms.
- Background supporting ML pipelines or data processing
workflows.
- Familiarity with legal -tech systems or document -processing
environments.
- Experience building monitoring/observability stacks from
scratch.

- Any IT -related graduate degree (B. Tech, BCA,
MCA, or equivalent).
