About H.M.E. Waste Management & EcoTech Talks
EcoTech Talks is the flagship knowledge and thought leadership publication of H.M.E. Waste Management, focused on Sustainability, Circular Economy, Critical Minerals, Clean Technologies, Electronics Manufacturing, Battery Recycling and E-Waste Management. This is a target-driven and highly competitive commercial role focused exclusively on monetising EcoTech Talks through advertising, sponsorships and commercial partnerships.
Objective
This is primarily a commercial monetization role to generate sustainable commercial revenue through advertisement sales, sponsorships, branded campaigns and commercial partnerships.

Reporting & Functional Coordination




The incumbent shall function as the Commercial Revenue Lead for EcoTech Talks and shall work in close coordination with the Editorial & Publication team for the execution of approved commercial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
 Drive advertisement sales for print, digital and integrated branding opportunities.
 Secure sponsorships for quarterly editions, special editions, reports and knowledge initiatives (including webinar and conferences as well).
 Develop commercial partnerships with corporates, OEMs, technology companies and industry associations.
 Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close revenue opportunities.
 Build long-term advertiser and sponsor relationships.
 Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, forecasts and revenue reports.
 Coordinate internally for execution of approved commercial deliverables.
