About the Role
EIMR Business School is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support institutional growth through partnerships, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and representing an educational institution.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Responsible end to end counselling process for assigned program
· Work towards achieving the set target
· Handle end-to-end Process, Counselling, selection process, enrolment.
· Ability to counsel candidates by understanding their needs and expectations.
· Ability to guide candidates about the complete enrolment process
· Handle and execute regular information seminar sessions to our candidate networks
· Candidate Application Screening experience against various eligibility criteria, communication skills, Interviews, Financial verification and other documents.
· High attention to detail in all types of candidates
· Maintain proper records for all the meetings with the candidates
· Appropriate update on CRM about the lead status and description of the leads
· An understanding of the business workplace and update on latest business news
· Any other assignments from the management time to time.
· Should be ready for outreach activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Outreach, or Partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
