Role Description
You will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, developing creative strategies, defining brand strategies, conducting research, and writing compelling content to engage audiences and drive engagement on social handles for our clients.

Strategic Thinking and Research
Brand positioning – Understanding how to define and differentiate a brand in the market.




Campaign planning – Ability to create campaign blueprints from concept to execution aligned with brand objectives.
Data-driven decision making – Interpreting engagement metrics to inform creative direction.
Research - Ability to do market research and competition research

Creative & Conceptual Thinking

Idea generation – Ability to come up with fresh, original campaign ideas that cut through noise.
Visual communication understanding – Knowing how design and copy work together to deliver a unified message.
Trends awareness – Keeping up with cultural, digital, and industry trends to keep strategies relevant.
