SIRE is looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty member who can deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert who can not only teach but also mentor learners, contribute to curriculum design, and represent SIRE at academic and industry forums.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcomedriven learning experiences.
Coordinate closely with fellow faculty members and visiting industry experts on the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students / learners in a timely manner.
Guide and mentor learners to support their overall growth, development, and career readiness.
Assist the Head of Academics / Academic Director in developing curriculum for current and upcoming courses.
Actively participate in, and where required lead, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Stay current with industry trends and continuously bring real-world,
practical insights into the classroom.
