General Manager – Strategic Business Development (EPR Credits)

Allied Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s fastest-growing recycling and sustainability companies, operating one of the country’s largest recycling networks.
We are looking for an exceptional business leader who can unlock large enterprise accounts and generate high-value EPR credit business from India’s leading producers, importers, brand owners, and e-waste generating organizations.
We’re looking for someone with an established CXO network, enterprise selling experience, and the ability to close strategic, multi-crore business opportunities.
What You’ll Drive
• Acquire large corporate clients requiring EPR credit procurement and compliance solutions.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Sustainability Heads, Procurement Leaders, ESG teams, and Compliance decision-makers.
• Identify and close high-value EPR credit opportunities with leading electronics, IT, telecom, consumer durable, and manufacturing companies.




• Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Work closely with leadership to expand AWS’s enterprise client portfolio across India.
• Represent the company in industry forums, sustainability events, and executive meetings.
We’re Looking For
✔ Enterprise/B2B Sales experience.
✔ Demonstrated success in acquiring large corporate accounts.
✔ Robust network within large enterprises, OEMs, electronics brands, FMCG companies, or sustainability/compliance ecosystems.
✔ Exceptional negotiation and commercial acumen.
✔ Ability to independently generate and close multi-crore business opportunities.
✔ Experience in EPR, Waste Management, Recycling, ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Services, or Industrial Solutions will be highly preferred.
