Python Developer (MySQL Mandate )

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong MySQL experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, write efficient database queries, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend applications and REST APIs.
● Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage schemas in MySQL.
● Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams across the software development lifecycle. ● Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
● Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in application and database layers.
● Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
● Document technical designs and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.




● Support deployment pipelines and monitor production applications. Required Skills & Qualifications Python
● 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python development.
● Proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
● Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
● Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (Celery, Redis).
● Familiarity with RESTful API design and third-party integrations. MySQL
● Solid experience with MySQL — schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
● Knowledge of transactions, joins, views, and stored procedures.
● Familiarity with ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
● Experience with database migration strategies and tools (Alembic, Flyway). General
● Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
● Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
● Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
