Portico Designs is a dynamic architecture and interior design firm specializing in end-to-end design and execution, delivering innovative, functional, and timeless spaces across residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Senior BOQ Estimator with 4–5 years of experience, primarily in interior design projects, with expertise in BOQs, rate analysis, tendering, costing, budgeting, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and project budgets for interior design projects.
✔ Manage tender documentation, quantity take-offs, comparative statements, and vendor quotations.
✔ Analyze project costs, material specifications, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
✔ Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
✔ Conduct site visits for quantity verification, progress monitoring, and cost control.




✔ Review architectural and interior drawings/specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
✔ Maintain cost reports, estimation records, and project documentation.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience, with major exposure to interior design projects.
✔ Solid expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, estimation, tendering, costing, and budgeting.
✔ Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, vendors, and execution processes.
✔ Experience handling residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality interior projects.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation/costing tools.
✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to independently manage estimation and costing activities.
