About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, passionate, and dedicated Mathematics Educator to join our academic team for the Academic Year 2026–27. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric approach to teaching, while fostering critical thinking and a love for Mathematics among students.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the ICSE and IGCSE curricula for Classes 6–12.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
Ensure thorough coverage of the prescribed syllabus within the academic timeline.
Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and varying student abilities.
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Design, evaluate, and return weekly assignments and classwork promptly.
Monitor, document, and report student academic progress and classroom performance.
Provide academic mentoring and additional support to students requiring remediation or enrichment.
Teach Foundation Course students preparing for school-level and competitive examinations.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Assist the Lead Educator and Academic Team with academic planning, examinations, events, and administrative responsibilities.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, training programmes, and other professional development initiatives.
Perform additional academic responsibilities as assigned by the school from time to time.
Eligibility & Desired Candidate Profile
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.A. in Mathematics) is mandatory.
