The candidate will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and coordinating with the procurement team for approvals and financial validation

Review RM/PM material planning generated through Bill of Material (BOM) explosion and approve Purchase Orders (POs) raised by the Procurement te
amCoordinate with Procurement to understand requirements before PO approvals of NPD, Stock transfers, et
c.Manage and track Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO
).Ensure accuracy of financial data related to supply chain transaction
s.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processin




g.Prepare reports and MIS using Advanced Exce
l.Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal policie
s.Required Skills & Qualificatio
ns1–3 years of experience in Supply chain Planning, Procurement planning, SC finance or related domai
n.Hands-on experience in handling Purchase Orders and Sales Order
s.Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial approval
s.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, etc.
).Positive analytical and communication skill
s.Hands-on experience working on SA
P.Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional team
