Job Summary
We are looking for a competent accountant with hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing company. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting entries, supplier payments, customer invoicing and collections, banking, and GST / TDS-related workings, and will support export and import documentation. The role works under the guidance of the management, with well-defined processes and scope to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities




Accounts Payable
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRN) before booking; book purchase invoices in Tally with correct GST input tax credit.
• Prepare supplier and service provider payments (NEFT / RTGS / cheque) as per agreed credit terms and payment schedules.
• Deduct TDS on applicable vendor payments and maintain workings for monthly deposit and quarterly returns.
• Reconcile vendor ledgers periodically, obtain balance confirmations and resolve discrepancies or queries raised by suppliers.
• Account for import purchases against the Bill of Entry, including customs duty and IGST paid on imports.

Accounts Receivable
• Prepare domestic sales invoices with e-invoice (IRN) and E-way Bill; prepare export invoices, packing lists and related shipment documents.
