About The Role

We're a Webflow design and development agency serving B2B and SaaS clients. Our delivery stack runs on a no-code foundation — Webflow, Airtable, Softr, Xano, Memberstack, n8n — and we're increasingly layering AI into everything we do, with Claude as our primary tool.

We're hiring someone who blends Business/Product Analyst and Product Manager DNA — sitting at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering. You'll take vague client problems and drive them through discovery, wireframing, documentation, build coordination, and launch. On the PM side, you'll think in roadmaps, prioritize ruthlessly, define what success looks like, and own outcomes — not just outputs. This applies to both client projects and our own internal products.

This is not a role for someone learning the ropes. We need 3+ years of real BA, PM, or equivalent experience — you've scoped projects, written PRDs and SRS documents, run UAT, prioritized backlogs, handled stakeholders, and shipped things that went live.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Client Strategy

Run discovery calls with clients.



Translate business problems into transparent scope, constraints, and dependencies.
Write approach documents, SRS, formal proposals, and budget reports.
Own stakeholder engagement and solution evaluation end-to-end.
Bid on RFPs — craft well-scoped, compelling responses.

Product Management

Own product strategy and roadmap for both client builds and our internal products.
Write PRDs, define MVP scope, and prioritize features against business goals — not just feature requests.
Define success metrics for what you ship and follow up to see if they were hit.
Run customer feedback loops: synthesize user interviews, support tickets, analytics into clear product decisions.
Maintain backlogs. Run sprint planning. Make hard calls on what doesn't get built.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and feature decisions.
