In this role you will:

Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop the US & UK GL accounting team.
Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
Establish transparent ownership, accountability, and backup coverage across accounting processes.
Support talent development and succession planning within the team.
General Ledger & Close Management
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for US and UK entities.




Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepaids, amortization, depreciation, and reclassifications.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of close deliverables and reporting packages.
Maintain compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.
Maintain local ledgers for India and Philippines and UK
Ensure timely completion, review, and approval of all balance sheet reconciliations across global entities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Review monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet results and explain key variances.
Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
Monitor accounting trends and identify risks or unusual transactions requiring attention.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data used for decision-making.
Reconciliations, Controls & Audit
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
