Job Description
Job Summary:



The India Subject Matter Expert (HR Operations) will serve as the go-to expert for statutory compliance, payroll input accuracy, and HR operations processes across the organization. The role owns end-to-end execution and advisory support on Indian labour law compliance, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and system/process improvements, acting as an individual contributor working closely with HRBPs, Global Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Input Management: Own end-to-end payroll input accuracy and timeliness (new joiners, exits, salary changes, LOP, arrears, full & final settlements) in coordination with the Global Payroll team ensuring compliance with local laws, and resolving any payroll discrepancies in collaboration with Global Payroll team.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:
Support POSH Act (2013) compliance — Internal Committee (IC) coordination, quarterly/an
