Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
* Present premium residential projects and explain key features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
* Schedule and manage site visits.
* Build robust customer relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
* Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
* Update customer interactions in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).




* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
* Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
