We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in IT Procurement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and technology-related assets. This role requires strong vendor management capabilities, commercial negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of procurement processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing.
As a Procurement Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to understand procurement requirements, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure uninterrupted availability of technology resources. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple procurement requests simultaneously,



and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud subscriptions, and licenses.
Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies and quality standards.
Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, distributors, and technology partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests.
Review vendor quotations, perform commercial evaluations, and recommend the most suitable procure
