Required Skills & Qualifications

At-least 4–7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or a related discipline (must-have).
Solid working knowledge of banking, wholesale banking, or regulatory reporting with at-least 2years of hands-on knowledge in this domain as a BA (must-have).
Advanced proficiency in SQL (must-have).
Experience with Python/PySpark (positive to have).
Strong business analysis, logical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth understanding of data architecture, data governance, data domains, and product design (must-have)
Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (good to have).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Valuable to Have
Experience with market data vendors and financial data domains.
Familiarity with Hadoop, MS Office, Confluence, and JIRA.

and processing of complex data sets to create high-quality data assets.
Drive data analysis and data quality initiatives to support strategic business goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and solution outcomes.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to business requirements through clear verbal and written documentation, ensuring project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders have a shared understanding of requirements, issues, and proposed solutions.
Partner with project sponsors and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and vision, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
Facilitate requirements discussions, workshops, and reviews to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and effectively translated into deliverable solutions.
