At Vivanti, our Senior Consultant – Service Delivery isn't a manager who used to be technical. It's an engineer who chose to stay technical while taking on something harder: owning the full picture of how a complex managed service actually runs.
You'll spend roughly a third of your time with your hands on the platform - reviewing architectures, debugging incidents, stress-testing automation, calling out what the monitoring isn't catching. The rest of your time, you're the person who decides how the team works, how the client relationship is held together, and how the service gets better every sprint.
Vivanti works with some of Australia's largest enterprises across Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP and beyond. You'll run the managed services engine for clients like these: multiple engagements simultaneously, reliable technical depth required,
