We are looking for a dependable Procurement & Accounts Executive to join us in Noida.

In this hands-on role, you will own everything from sourcing specialized hardware components and negotiating with vendors to managing bookkeeping, inventory records, and compliance documentation.





What you’ll be doing:

Managing RFQs, purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and delivery tracking for electronics, fabricated parts, and technical services.
Handling end-to-end bookkeeping, invoicing, payables/receivables, and bank reconciliations using Odoo, Zoho Books, or Tally.
Overseeing inventory records, fixed assets, and assisting with monthly account schedules, GST, and TDS workings.

What we are looking for:

2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, accounts, or commercial operations.
Strong proficiency in Odoo or Zoho Books (Odoo preferred), alongside a basic understanding of Tally, plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in a quick-paced hardware-product environment.
