About us:
Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm specializing in creative residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models, and presentation layouts.
Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Attend client meetings and assist in project discussions.
Follow up with project leads and support business development activities.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.




Ensure projects are completed within timelines and design standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is an added advantage.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits within Chennai.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
