Role Description The Senior Cyber Security Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve advanced cyber security training programs and workshops. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves preparing course materials, lab exercises, and assessments, as well as teaching complex concepts in a explicit and accessible way. The trainer will mentor learners, provide individual guidance, and evaluate performance to ensure skill development and certification readiness.



Day-to-day tasks include updating content to reflect current threats and best practices, collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula, contributing to research or content for knowledge resources, and supporting outreach activities such as webinars or technical talks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and security governance.
