Job Summary-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – International Sales & Marketing to expand our global footprint by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with international clients and distributors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for international business development.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and maintain robust relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in global markets.
Manage inquiries received through various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and business offers for overseas clients.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and participate in meetings with international customers.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory, Production, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the company's overall international business growth.

Requisite Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Business Development.
Strong understanding of international markets and export business processes.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
