You are: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mac Endpoint Support Engineer to support and maintain our macOS device and Apple ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apple device management, strong expertise in Jamf Pro, and a solid understanding of enterprise endpoint management practices. This role will focus on providing operational support, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for macOS devices in a corporate environment.
The Opportunity
Provide L2/L3 support for macOS devices across the organization
Manage and support macOS devices using Jamf Pro Handle device enrolment, provisioning, configuration, and compliance enforcement
Administer policies, profiles, scripts, and packages in Jamf
Monitor and troubleshoot device health, patching, and security compliance
Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint hardening and compliance standards
Support software deployment and patch management for Mac systems
Troubleshoot issues related to macOS, applications, identity (SSO), VPN, and network connectivity
Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and support processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Security, Networking, Service Desk)
Provide end-user support and guidance for Mac-related issues.
What Are We Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in macOS endpoint support/engineering
Solid hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration Jamf 200 Certification (preferred) or Jamf 300 certification (plus)
Solid understanding of macOS architecture, system settings, and troubleshooting
