Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. PMO Analyst / Program Manager (with Data Analytics expertise) to support the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE) with a strong focus on vendor coordination, reporting, and operational governance. This role will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring effective meeting management, progress tracking, and delivery alignment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Stakeholder Management o Coordinate and manage regular meetings with vendors (status calls, governance forums, performance reviews) o Prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to closure o Act as liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment o Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments Reporting & Data Analysis o Develop and maintain regular PMO reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly status, risks, KPIs)
