Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, architect, and optimize enterprise AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, AWS cloud services, and healthcare EMR/EHR systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design-thinking mindset, expertise in AI solution architecture, and the ability to drive innovation, scalability, and performance across AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Architect scalable AI applications using modern AI frameworks and LLM ecosystems.
Apply design thinking principles to solve business and user experience challenges.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, accuracy, scalability, latency, and cost.
Design and implement AI platforms on AWS.
Build AI solutions leveraging EMR jobs data.
Mentor engineering teams and establish AI best practices, governance, and architecture standards.




Required Skills
Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Deep understanding of AI optimization techniques including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Quantization, Distillation, and Model Performance Optimization.
Solid AWS experience including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, OpenSearch, and API Gateway.
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and deployment pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Machine Learning Certification.
Experience leading AI engineering teams and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
