Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum uptime, reliable production, and secure operation.
Key Responsibilities

* Carry out Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliaries.
* Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, servo drive, barrel, screw, heater band, thermocouple, proportional valve, and clamping/injection system issues.
* Maintain and service hot runner controllers, robots, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and mould temperature controllers (MTCs).
* Perform machine alignment, lubrication, calibration, and monitor machine health to reduce downtime.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with TPM, 5S, IATF 16949, and safety standards.
Qualification & Experience

* Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* 3–8 years of experience in injection moulding machine maintenance.
