Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Development Lead & Scrum Master with a robust background in SAP-related business analytics. This hybrid role demands a professional who can spearhead SAP development efforts, manage Agile teams, and perform comprehensive business analysis to foster product innovation and improvement.



The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in SAP, exceptional leadership abilities, a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, and the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Objectives

Hands on SAP HR (all core modules – Payroll, OM, PA, TIME, PD, etc.)
Ensure legal compliance of the Payroll solution.
Review & validate all legal requirements for Customers based on Payroll Country.
Should have worked on UAE Payroll , knowledge on other GCC Payrolls will be advantage.
Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze and evaluate payroll processes and to identify areas for improvement.
Design, configure, and customize SAP Payroll module to meet business requirements (Including testing and UAT Support)
Stay updated with SAP Payroll module functionality, new releases, and industry best prac
