Role Description This full-time,



on-site Sales Manager role is based in Gurugram and focuses on driving sales growth for Medorah Meditek’s portfolio of minimally invasive medical devices. The Sales Manager will oversee territory planning, lead generation, and customer acquisition, while building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing key accounts, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market needs and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also mentor and support members of the sales team, gather market intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning for new and existing products.
