? Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure.
This is a target-driven role focused on acquiring new clients for digital marketing services.
? Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients across industries
Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and social platforms
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
2. Client Engagement & Sales
Conduct discovery calls with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
Understand business needs and marketing challenges




Present relevant digital marketing solutions
Negotiate and close deals
3. Sales Process Ownership
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding
Ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression
Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and strategy alignment
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads and deals in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets
? Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Robust communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven experience in sales / business development (preferably in digital marketing or services)
✔ Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, social media, funnels)
✔ Ability to handle objections and close deals
✔ Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
