Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at our Bhopal office, managing end-to-end property sales and client engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential buyers and sellers, conducting property visits, presenting suitable options, and explaining key features, pricing,



and regulatory compliance. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of available inventory and local market trends, preparing and sharing sales proposals, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Executive will follow up with leads, negotiate terms within company guidelines, support documentation and closing processes, and maintain accurate records in the sales tracking system. The position requires consistent fieldwork in Bhopal, qualified client communication, and a focus on meeting sales targets while upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
