About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team in a hybrid work setup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both brand-building design work (logos, identity) and fast-paced marketing creatives (social media, campaigns). You'll get hands-on experience across the full design spectrum from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Identity
Design logos, brand marks, and basic brand identity elements
Assist in developing brand guidelines
Design business cards, letterheads, ID cards, and stationery
Support packaging or product label design (where applicable)

Marketing & Digital Creatives
Design posters, flyers, and banners
Create social media creatives posts, stories, reels covers
Design ad creatives for digital campaigns
Design web banners, website graphics, and basic UI elements
Create email newsletter templates/graphics

Collateral & Presentations
Design marketing collaterals brochures, pamphlets, catalogs
Build presentation decks/templates

Process & Support
Edit/retouch photos for marketing use




Resize and adapt existing designs across platforms
Maintain an organized design asset library
Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand briefs
Incorporate feedback and revise designs within given timelines
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Positive to Have
Basic video editing/motion graphics
Illustration skills

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
A portfolio (personal projects, coursework, or freelance work) is a plus

Stipend Structure
Month 1: Unpaid - a mutual trial period to assess fit and working potential
From Month 2 onwards: ₹5,000/month, upon successful completion of first month
Early performers: If performance in Month 1
