The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing,
and reliability of supply. Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.
This Role In Summary
Responsible for development of Cost models for Stamping and Casting associated Metal components like Metal Stamping , Casting , Al. Extrusion and Powdered Metal
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Responsible for Cost Model development of Metal commodities. Close interaction with the Target Costing, Commodity , Design and Product Management ( Plant GSS ) Team.
Basic knowledge of Stamping & Casting Tool, Manufacturing/engineering processes, materials & systems. Communication skills are a must to deal with global partners.
Familiar with Metal Stamping , Pressure Die Casting , Sand Casting and Sintered Powdered Metal manufacturing proces
