We are seeking a energetic and strategic Corporate Communications professional to elevate our company’s brand presence and manage our corporate initiatives. This role requires championing our brand identity through targeted print media, advertisements, sponsorships, and high-quality corporate collateral. This position will serve as a key liaison bridging our India Branches, Regional Headquarters and Maritime Related Agencies. Additionally, this position would steer PAN India CSR programs and the customer events, ensuring our corporate values and brand messaging are impactful and unified.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Media Management
Strategic Branding: Identify, explore, and execute avenues to promote the company brand, with a strong focus on print media, industry publications, advertisements, and corporate sponsorships.
Corporate Collateral: Manage the planning, procurement, and distribution of brand novelty items (corporate merchandise/gifts). Lead the conceptualization and design of the company’s yearly calendar and other key promotional materials.
Campaign Execution & Vendor Management: Oversee branding campaigns and negotiate with media houses, and design vendors for optimal advt. placements and competitive pricing.
CSR & Event Management
CSR Leadership: Coordinate and organize various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities across India as per the plan. Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of each program, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and community needs.
Customer & Corporate Events: Plan, organize, and execute customer-centric events, trade shows, and industry sponsorships to foster client relationships and maximize brand visibility within the shipping ecosystem.
Industry & Agency Coordination
Shipping Sector Liaison: Actively coordinate with shipping-related agencies, port authorities, and maritime associations to evaluate and secure effective, industry-specific branding avenues.
