Technical Expectations:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for IBM BAW and Java implementations, including design reviews, component structuring, and integration patterns
Define and enforce platform standards for BAW and Java development — covering toolkit design, UI Coach frameworks, service orchestration patterns, and API
integration conventions
Drive IBM BPM-to-BAW migration programmes, including technical assessment, migration planning, and delivery governance
Architect and oversee complex integrations between BAW and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP web services, JWT-secured APIs, and database layer
Design BPDs, SLAs, and process governance frameworks aligned to operational and compliance requirements
Provide technical leadership and design authority across the delivery team; conduct code and design r
