Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Android Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.
As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions, optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance the user experience.

Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Android application development
Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and the Android SDK
Experience designing and developing high-performance mobile applications
Good understanding of memory management and application optimization
Experience with Google Maps, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and Social APIs




Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Design Patterns
Hands-on experience with RxJava 2, RxAndroid, Dagger 2, and Retrofit
Good understanding of MVP and MVVM architecture patterns
Well-versed in Android UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines
Knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodologies
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Positive understanding of database design and data handling
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Experience with BLE/Bluetooth integration is an added advantage
