We’re looking for a self-motivated Full Stack Developer with top-notch software
design and development skills to join Upland India as a Sr Software Engineer II
for our Upland SSO team. This person needs to be able to operate in a
fast-paced environment, assimilate quickly and develop solutions with minimal
oversight. We want someone who is a great team player. We have a very open and

What would you do?
* Develop new features using multiple technologies across both front and back
end
* Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to
accelerate development while validating output for correctness and quality
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with your code and production environments
* Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design more
cohesive code
* Be an active participant in peer reviews of code
