We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and hands-on Animator / Motion Graphics Artist / Video Editor with 1–3 years of qualified experience. You will work across multiple brand campaigns, collaborating with creative directors, designers, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable with AI-assisted workflows, capable of delivering high-quality video content that meets brand guidelines, engages audiences, and exceeds expectations.

Job Requirements
Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Skilled in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Skilled in AI tools like Higgfield, Hailou, Kling, Gemini
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Analytical and tech-savvy, ready to incorporate AI workflows for efficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Curious, proactive, and eager to innovate with new styles and effects.





Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and video edits for social media, digital campaigns, and presentations.
Translate concepts, scripts, and storyboards into visually compelling content.
Collaborate closely with creative and client servicing teams to ensure alignment with brand vision.
Use AI tools and automation to speed up workflows without compromising creativity.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, effects, sound, and motion elements.
Maintain a fast turnaround on multiple projects, managing deadlines and priorities efficiently.
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends, motion design techniques, and new software or plugins.
Review and incorporate feedback from senior creatives and account teams, ensuring two rounds of refinement per asset.
